- Use our privacy request form – the quickest way to make a request.

Things you can do yourself
- Delete your account: Account settings → Delete account. This also asks our team to remove your CV and profile submissions from our mailbox.
- Change your email or password: Account settings.
- Stop job alerts: use the “Manage this alert” link in any alert email, or your alerts page.
- Clear your recently viewed jobs: on your recently viewed page.
Response times
We'll acknowledge privacy requests by email and respond within one month of receipt. If your request is complex, we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you why within the first month.
Complaints to the regulator
You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, telephone 0303 123 1113.
