These terms apply to everyone who uses the SpellJob website at https://www.spelljob.com. By using the site you agree to them. Candidates and employers with accounts are also bound by the Candidate Terms or Employer Terms, and everyone must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
1. About us
SpellJob is operated by Spell Job Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 497 Great West Road, Hounslow, TW5 0TE, United Kingdom. Contact: info@spelljob.com.
2. Our service
SpellJob is an online job board. We display job listings from third-party job sources and from employers who post directly with us, and we provide tools such as search, saved jobs, job alerts and CV submission. Using SpellJob as a job seeker is free.
SpellJob is not an employer and, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, does not act as an employment agency or employment business for any particular vacancy. If our team ever puts you forward for a specific vacancy after you send us your CV, we will tell you the employer and role and ask for your agreement first, as the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 require.
3. Job listings
Listings are provided by third parties. We do not guarantee that any job is available, accurately described or will result in an offer. See our Disclaimer and Third-Party Job Listings Notice.
4. Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep SpellJob available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Job feeds may be temporarily unavailable. We may change or withdraw features, and will update these terms when we do; the date at the top shows when they last changed.

7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that these terms do not affect. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses (for consumers), or for the content, availability or conduct of third-party websites, job sources or employers. If you use SpellJob for business purposes, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data.

9. Complaints
If you have a complaint, email info@spelljob.com. We will acknowledge it and try to resolve it promptly.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your home nation's courts. Consumers outside the UK may have additional rights under their local law.
